Wow love you always know how to make the most out of life! Even though I was feeling a little tired today we still went on a magical adventure together I am so grateful for you! Happy tandem anniversary
Happy anniversary @sketchyandylewis Today was our month anniversary (yes we celebrate our anniversary every month even though it’s hella cheesy🥰🤓 ) And it was the anniversary of our first BASE jump together! We had an amazing jump off tombstone together with the moon rising up over the mountains and it couldn’t have been any more perfect! Thank y’all! @mick .base for a beautiful PCA and @kiersa_koepnick @beezales @katchmar @jesus .diaz.372
What an amazing couple of weeks it’s been. So much creativity and stoke, so many projects and parties. I’m so grateful to be going into winter reflecting on the end of a fabulous season here in Moab. It’s truly been one of the best months I’ve ever had here. A huge thank you to everyone who brought stoke and creativity to the table, and Who showed how truly incredible humans can be.
I’m going to miss this lady all winter. I’m so excited for her adventures in Thailand though! Thanks for letting me create with you before you left! @the_real_slim_cadi
Wow what a ground rush! 240 feet of free fall is terrifying! Thank you @sketchyandylewis @slackinhigh @thehomiehome for letting me jump this thing and for all your hard work! It was a spectacular experience!
So often I am in awe of where we live. This couple weeks have been truly the best weeks of my life. Countless beautiful connections, dance parties for days, wandering through the desert, and flying through the sky. I can’t wait to see what the rest of this month holds! Thank you @scottyrog @stinkbaitjo and @swadeky for inviting me along to explore this fantastic canyon! I’m actually a bit claustrophobic so it was definitely a challenge at times to stay calm and wiggle my way through these stunning walls. But it was so worth it! Photos by the rad @swadeky
Some experiences are so powerful that it’s hard to put them into words. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude, for everything from my physical body being able to take me on adventures such as this to Andy and his wonderfully creative mind that envisioned this and made it happen, to all the countless people who helped set it up and contributed. It’s so empowering to be on a structure like this and to feel my fear but to use it as a tool to keep myself safe instead of a hinderance. To be hanging out in space like this, taking it all in, feeling my breath flow in and out of my chest. Listening to the sound of my over active heart. Our life is truly a magical circus out here I’m so happy to get to be a part of it. Photo by the lovely @kiersa_koepnick
I’m beyond words for this experience. I was truly terrified, this is the most exposure I’ve ever experienced out on the space net. 😬 But I must say that jumping out is the best way to get off of it. 👌🏼 Thank you to @sketchyandylewis for providing the most amazing experiences possible, @silentstudiodesign for literally holding my hand, @spencerseabrooke for singing me Disney songs while I was nervous, @firstdescent @sylvanslacks and so many other people who helped get this thing up and running. Y’all killed it! I couldn’t be more honored to get to open it this year with my love 🙏🏼💜
Wow what an amazing week! Playing in the desert with all the rad humans in town right now, hanging silks, putting up space nets, dancing by firelight, and jumping off cliffs! I’m so fucking happy and grateful for all the recent experiences. Thank you guys! Photos by the lovely @kiersa_koepnick
“Caring for oneself is not self indulgent, it is self preservation.” I hope we all remember to take a moment for ourselves, to slow down, to give ourselves the attention we need to have an honest self assessment of our bodies and our minds. Being creative, getting outside, using CBD, making myself juice, playing with my dog. These are all things that help me maintain my mental and physical health. What are your favorite things for self care? Photo my the lovely @the_real_slim_cadi
Loved going for an impromptu mission last night. The weather was perfect and so was the company. Such a wonderful way to experience this area! Thanks @sketchyandylewis @nolan_smythe @sav .cummins for a lovely evening!
Going out on mini missions with @sketchyandylewis is truly one of my favorite things. It’s always an adventure, never boring. There’s something so freeing about being out here. Watching the sunset fill the canyons with golden light. Everything becomes even more magical. Thank you for yet another beautiful evening Andy. 🙏🏼💜
First flight in over a year! So stoked to get back into the air again finally. Felt a bit out of sorts at first but as soon as my feet left the ground I felt at home again. Spent an hour skirting cliffs and ridge soaring. Such a great day! Thanks for all your help and constant encouragement @sketchyandylewis
Happy anniversary ya handsome hunk @sketchyandylewis Photos by @abbihearne
I absolutely love this compilation of screams and laughter! Watching @basejump_moab and @sketchyandylewis put smiles on faces and share the gift of flight with so many people makes me so proud!
It’s been such a memorable couple days. Adventuring with friends, dancing our faces off for pride weekend, and watching so many beautiful sunsets! So grateful for where we live and the amazing community we are surrounded by. 🤗💜🌈💃🏼
I think we all get inspiration from the people and things around us. And if you’re looking for some these two ladies are full of it! Constantly creating, teaching, training and making some incredible art! I had the privilege of doing aerials with them for the space-net wedding, and I hadn’t done aerials in exposure yet. I was nervous and unsure of myself. I didn’t know the names of any moves, and we were all pretty darn cold. But they were both so patient with me and helped me to keep my shit together. Both @lizasouras and @cdignes put on a beautiful performance on white silks while I flopped around in my Lyra trying not to freeze to it. Ultimately it worked out and it was a beautiful experience. It also helped me realize how much I needed to learn! I still do have a lot to learn and I’m so happy to have such lovely ladies to be inspired by! Go check them out they will blow your mind! Thank you for showing me my own strength by giving me some of yours. @sketchyandylewis Photo by @camstoriephotography
What an amazing mission! We hiked up Perriot Mesa in the evening light. Watching the sun sink lower in the horizon as we climb higher. It’s a good hike, the kind that makes your legs work hard and makes sweat drip out of every pore. Scrambling up hills and cables and roped sections. Always watching your footing as the edge is ever loose and crumbling beneath our feet. Once you get to the top though, it’s all worth it. A 360 degree view greets you, from arches to the Fisher towers the Castleton. Everything is bathed in glowing red light. We sit, and we wait. We are waiting for the full moon to sneak over the horizon. In about 45 minutes it does, that bright glowing orb peaked its head up between Castleton and The Rectory. Then we get ready. Gearing up, checking everything twice, three times. I feel my heart start to beat faster and I try to will it to slow. Finally we are ready. I’m strapped snuggly and safely to Andy and we line up our feet on the edge of the cliff. “Are you ready?” He asks. “I’m ready,” I say as my heart thumps faster. We all take a moment to breath. There is no rush. I smile, and look into the full moon. “Let’s do it, 5, 4 3 2 1!” Our feet leave the cliff in perfect Unison and the canopy unfolds above our heads. A split second of free fall feels like forever until I feel the comfort of the harness taking our weight. We are flying!!!! We both laugh and howl at the moon as we glide down the hillside. Not a bad Friday the 13th. Thank you @sketchyandylewis for taking me on such magical adventures and for keeping me safe. Thanks for the great PCA @blacksheeprigging and for the support @jimmypeterson27

Getting to work with @the_bearded_kite was such a blast. Before we even started we sat and talked about Moab and why we ended up here and how the community was so special. Really getting to know someone before you make a photo together is important because it really shows in those photos wether or not you’re comfortable. He and Ivy and the adorable Mr. Pickles were amazing! I feel like I’ve know them for way longer than I have. Thanks for playing with light with me!
I never thought my body could even make these shapes! It just goes to show that you never know until you try! I’ve been working a lot this season and I absolutely love getting to be outside, but putting in miles of canyoneering every other day takes its toll for sure. And I’m about to turn 30! So I definitely notice my recovery time is a tad longer... Soooo, in the name of self care I’ve been trying to stretch more, and to take some me time to do things like journal. It absolutely helps me to keep myself stoked and feeling tip top! Whatever your method of self care is I hope you remember To do it, it doesn’t have to be big, just go for a walk outside, or make yourself a cup of tea 🍵 Our minds and bodies will thank us! Who else is feeling the stoke rise for the fall?!? I love this time of year as people start to trickle into Moab and projects start to take shape. Rad active wear by @senita Which has pockets and is owned and operated by ladies! Photos by the talented @portraitscientist
